The design choices here create a clean aesthetic with the abundance of white, marble designs and neutral elements. I was inspired by the minimalism movement and the contemporary design style.

The fundamental aspects of this design are the closed cabinets, which create a space for everything and eliminates clutter. The accents of the home come from deliberate displays of collections placed in built-in open shelves. I enjoyed working with the client to create these showcases, it is a creative choice and one that is customised very specifically.

Instead of a stark white or a plain off white I chose a couple variations of marbled designs to add warmth and comfort to the home. The mild colours in the marbles softened the rooms and created a cosier atmosphere.

This combination clearly highlights the personality of the home and the owners while ensuring that it has a bright and clean look overall.
